Butterfly valves for gases constructed in composite laminate

Butterfly Valves manufactured by process composite laminate are made by process of manual molding, using Vinylester resin reinforced with glass fiber as a structural barrier and a liner of thermoplastic as a chemical barrier which, depending on the operating conditions can be a PVC, POLYPROPYLENE , PVDF or ECTFE.

The excellent mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced resin, combined with the chemical resistance and temperature has the LINER a product of high efficiency is obtained when the conduction problem is highly corrosive gases temperature.

The valves are low weight reduces transportation costs, lighter media, its surface is smooth and does not produce resistance, easy to clean and do not require maintenance.

Outwardly, the valve has a vinylester resin rich layer with UV inhibitor which provides excellent resistance to outdoor environments.

Seals are normally Hypalon, Viton, or PVC and are available as spare parts in additionally.

The drive system can be manual or motorized remote control. The mounting system is by standard flange. The valves are made to order from 300 mm diameter to 2,800 mm inner diameter.
