Clamp rope DIN 741

The clamps are made in accordance with the requirements of DIN 741.

Used in the production of work not related to lifting loads.

EG clamps are used to connect ropes to each other, as well as to form loops at the ends of the rope. Clamping of rope ends is one of the main methods of termination, along with braiding and wrapping. The size of the clamp is determined by the diameter of the rope used.

The number of clamps is determined by calculation, but there should be at least three, the spacing of the clamps and the length of the free end of the rope from the last clamp should be at least six diameters of the rope.
