Galvanized double lay rope, type TK GOST 3067-88

The rope is galvanized without lubrication.

Rope construction: 6x19 (1 + 6 + 12) + 1x19 (1 + 6 + 12).

We supply rope with a diameter of 3.0 to 12.0 mm.

Rope GOST 3067 - 88 double lay TK type is made of galvanized wire without coating. Used as general - purpose ropes, except for cranes, used as towing, support, lightning protection ropes, temporary timber railing.

The use of ropes GOST 3067 - 88 is permissible for unstressed operating conditions, where alternating bends and pulsating loads are insignificant or completely absent. Due to the low technical resource, it is not recommended to use it for critical or intensively working installations.

Rope construction: 6x19 (1 + 6 + 12) + 1x19 (1 + 6 + 12). The rope GOST 3067 - 88 is a double lay rope of the TK type with a point contact of the wires in the strands with a metal core. In strands of the TK type, the wires of the inner and outer layers are loaded in the same way, and the central wire carries a large load.

They are interchangeable with GOST 3066 - 80 and GOST 3068 - 88, differ in rigidity, which decreases from GOST 3066 - 80 to 3068 - 88.
