For lifting and installing concrete rings, three - branch slings of the 3SK type are most often used, which are attached to mounting loops made of reinforcement or to technological holes. However, the question arises of how to lift the concrete ring in the absence of attachment points or damage during transportation.
To solve this problem, a set of devices for lifting and moving concrete rings in a vertical position has been developed.
Design
The kit is a ready - made solution that does not require additional components and consists of a chain sling of the 3SC type with a length of 1.5 m and three grippers of the ZBKV (ZBKo) type. The grippers allow you to work with rings with a diameter of up to 2m and a wall thickness of 40 to 140 mm. The gripper is an eccentric - type device with a movable presser foot. The working bodies of the gripper create a significant contact load during lifting, which prevents the load from slipping.
The installation of the gripper on the ring takes the same amount of time as a simple hook on the mounting loop, while the reliability of the fastening is several times higher. It is recommended to use at least three clamps when lifting loads. When working with reinforced rings, two lifting grips are allowed.
