Ultrasol Magnum Special

UltrasolTM Magnum Special is based on UltrasolTM Magnum P44, which is the only dry, strong
acid in crystalline form. Its acidifying effect reduces the pH of the irrigation water, which helps to
prevent precipitates and clogging of drip lines. It also increases the availability of nutrients in the
soil solution, which improves the nutrient uptake efficiency.
Characteristics
• Are strong acidifying formulae that reduce
the bicarbonate content and pH of soil and
water, and which make them particularly
suitable to be used in calcareous and
alkaline conditions.
• All other acids come in a liquid form, for
example nitric acid, sulphuric acid and
phosphoric acid. A dry acid does not
have the handling hazards which are
often associated with liquid acids.
• Increase the nutrient availability in the soil
solution and improve the nutrient uptake
efficiency, which results in more leaf
chlorophyll and net photosynthesis, thus
higher crop productivity.
• Reduce N volatilization losses, especially
in alkaline soils, which results in higher
nitrogen uptake efficiency.
• Optimum balance between the three
sources of nitrogen (nitrate, ammonium,
urea) in function of the growth stage.
• Fully water-soluble and chloride-free.
